ETI was founded in 1995 as a joint venture between two
specialist companies;
Sygnosys Ltd. (with wide experience in management
development and consultancy)
and English World Wide (with wide experience in English
Language teaching) with the purpose of providing a raft of
training and consultancy services to the international oil
industries.
In addition to its UK base in London's west end the company
has been operating in the Caucasus since 1996 and has
offices in Tbilisi and Baku and most recently opened a full
branch in Moscow.
ETI provides progressive and intensive language courses to
personnel involved in the Petroleum Industry throughout
Georgia, Azerbaijan and Russia.
